How to Fill a Re-evaluation Form 

Now no need to rush to the cyber cafe for getting your re-evaluation done...BCAHUB brings you an easy way to fill the re-evaluation form for the 2nd, 4th, and 6th Semester (May 2018) Exam.You can fill the form without going to Punjab University at your convenience.....Go Ahead..

Last date is 20 July 2018.
**Read the steps before opening the website.

Step 1

Go to puchd.ac.in
This is a website to fill the re-evaluation form for (2-4-6) Semester. Open it and do the following steps. 

Step 2:

On the centre of the web page. Fill the categories such as



  • Class = "bachelor of computer application"
  • Semester ="2" or "4" or "6"
  • Previous Examination Roll no. Series(bca2nd)="15047_ _ _"
*this is for BCA, others may be different.



Step 3

On the new web page, Click on Apply Re-Evaluation



Step 4:

After clicking, a web page will open which will contain all your details i.e Your Name, Roll No., Father's Name etc. You just have to enter your mobile number to get SMS notifications of fees verification.

Select the subjects for the re-evaluation.You can select 1 or all the Subjects.The fees structure is

Click on Submit Form and download the Challan form then get it printed. Fill up the challan and pay it at any Post Office(i.e. Sector 19 Chd).
There may be an additional fee at the post office.

*Fees may be different for different semesters.
Important - Carefully read the instructions given in the form before filling up the Re-evaluation Form.
