How to Fill an Admission Form 

SD College:

Filling an Admission Form is a very tedious and stressful process. There is a lot of information to be provided which takes a lot of time. BCA team brings you an easy way to fill the admission form for the 2nd or 3rd year.Now no need to rush to College for getting your admission done. 
You can fill the form by using the following steps.....Go ahead...

Instructions:

Old students have to apply for admission to hostel and College separately First they have to fill the Hostel Form (if needed). Then Online Admission Form for 2nd or 3rd Year" for applying for college admission.

• Fill your registration number and roll number to log in.
• Fill the required details needed
• Register for Hostel along with registration fee of Rs 600
• Select the fee you need to pay
• Select the year you need to apply along with registration fee of Rs 800 for college
• For registration fee, there are two modes of payment
• Internet Banking / Credit Card / Debit Card
• Scratch Card (which can be bought from college counter)
• For Uploading the documents, following scanned certificates are required, so keep those handy (in case of new admission/hostel admission)
• Detail mark sheet of last Semester Exam.
• Adhar Card/Driving License/Passport/Voter ID (Self) (if apply for Hostel)
• Anti-ragging affidavit (if apply for Hostel)
• Photograph of Father, Mother, Local Guardian (if apply for Hostel)
• For registration fee, there are two modes of payment -

The last date to fill the form is 20th July 2017. The applicant will receive SMS / email regarding the acceptance of form. Students can deposit the fee in the bank through computer generated challan which will be mailed to their respective e-mail IDs by 8th July or they can pay online by clicking on link Pay Online Fee by using Internet banking, debit card or credit card.
